Quote requests and job records

We use the name, phone number, town and job description you send to call you back and arrange the work. We keep related estimates, invoices, payments and job notes as business records. The form does not collect card or bank details.

Website storage

If you arrive through a tagged link or from another website, your browser stores an anonymous identifier and where the visit came from, and our server records it, so we can tell which links bring in requests. The private admin uses a secure session cookie. The server uses hashed network addresses to limit abusive requests; it does not store raw addresses.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and database. When email notifications are set up, the email provider receives the details needed to pass your request to us. Business receipts and customer files are private.
